Marine Plumbing Requires Marine Expertise

Boat plumbing systems are fundamentally different from what you find in a house. Raw water cooling systems draw saltwater through the hull to cool engines and AC systems. Freshwater systems operate under pressure in a moving, vibrating environment. Head (toilet) systems must comply with federal discharge regulations and connect to holding tanks that need regular service. Through-hull fittings are literally holes in your boat that must be properly maintained. Getting any of this wrong can mean water intrusion, equipment damage, or even a sinking risk. Our marine plumbing technicians understand these systems inside and out.

Head & Sanitation Systems

Marine heads are among the most common plumbing service calls we receive. Whether your head won't pump, is leaking, or needs a complete rebuild, we handle it. We also service and replace holding tanks, install Y-valves and diverters, and ensure your vessel's sanitation system complies with EPA and Coast Guard regulations. If it's time for a manual-to-electric head conversion, we can handle that too.

Freshwater & Raw Water Systems

Your freshwater system — from water tanks and pressure pumps to faucets and water heaters — needs periodic inspection and maintenance to prevent leaks and contamination. On the raw water side, sea strainers, through-hulls, and hose connections must be inspected regularly to ensure cooling water flows properly to your engine and AC systems. We service both sides of your vessel's plumbing to keep everything running safely.

What to Expect: Our Service Process

For dockside diagnostic work and non-routine repairs, here's exactly how the process works — so there are no surprises from the start.

1

Initial Diagnosis Visit

We come to your dock and diagnose the issue. There is a $175 diagnosis fee — if you approve the work, it is credited toward your final invoice. If you decide not to move forward, the visit is billed on its own and you keep the diagnosis in writing.

2

Written Estimate & Approval

Based on the diagnosis, we build a written estimate and send it to you for approval through our platform. We will have a strong idea of what needs to be done — but the full picture often only becomes clear once we start taking things apart.

3

Parts Ordering & Scheduling

Once your estimate is approved and the parts arrive in-house, we schedule your job. For special-order items, we require a 50% deposit up front.

4

Work Visit 1

If the fix is what we anticipated, we complete the work on this visit. If we uncover something else contributing to the problem, we order the additional or replacement parts, revise the estimate, keep you updated, and schedule a second visit as quickly as possible.

5

Work Visit 2 (If Needed)

When a second visit is required, we complete the service and test everything to confirm the issue is fully resolved.

6

Billing & Payment

When the job is done, we reconcile parts and labor to the actual amounts and send your final invoice — along with photos for your records — through our platform. Pay by ACH with no fee, or by credit card with a 3.5% processing fee.
