Specialized Marine Electrical Expertise

Boat electrical systems are fundamentally different from residential or automotive systems. They operate in a corrosive saltwater environment, experience constant vibration, and must meet strict ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council) standards for safety. Incorrectly sized wiring, improper connections, or poorly routed cables can cause voltage drops, overheating, and — in the worst case — electrical fires. Our marine electricians understand these unique requirements and follow ABYC standards on every job. From simple battery swaps to complex multi-circuit installations, we ensure your vessel's electrical system is safe, reliable, and properly configured.

Electronics Installation & Integration

Modern boats rely on sophisticated electronics — GPS chartplotters, radar, fish finders, autopilots, VHF radios, AIS systems, and more. Installing these systems properly requires not just mounting hardware, but also clean power circuits, proper grounding, and interference-free cable routing. Our technicians handle the complete installation from unboxing to commissioning, ensuring every component integrates cleanly with your existing systems.

Corrosion Prevention & Protection

Galvanic corrosion is the silent killer of marine electrical systems. When dissimilar metals meet in the presence of saltwater, electrochemical reactions eat away at connections, fittings, and underwater hardware. We inspect and service galvanic isolators, zinc anodes, and bonding systems as part of our electrical work — protecting not just your wiring, but your entire vessel from corrosion damage.

What to Expect: Our Service Process

For dockside diagnostic work and non-routine repairs, here's exactly how the process works — so there are no surprises from the start.

1

Initial Diagnosis Visit

We come to your dock and diagnose the issue. There is a $175 diagnosis fee — if you approve the work, it is credited toward your final invoice. If you decide not to move forward, the visit is billed on its own and you keep the diagnosis in writing.

2

Written Estimate & Approval

Based on the diagnosis, we build a written estimate and send it to you for approval through our platform. We will have a strong idea of what needs to be done — but the full picture often only becomes clear once we start taking things apart.

3

Parts Ordering & Scheduling

Once your estimate is approved and the parts arrive in-house, we schedule your job. For special-order items, we require a 50% deposit up front.

4

Work Visit 1

If the fix is what we anticipated, we complete the work on this visit. If we uncover something else contributing to the problem, we order the additional or replacement parts, revise the estimate, keep you updated, and schedule a second visit as quickly as possible.

5

Work Visit 2 (If Needed)

When a second visit is required, we complete the service and test everything to confirm the issue is fully resolved.

6

Billing & Payment

When the job is done, we reconcile parts and labor to the actual amounts and send your final invoice — along with photos for your records — through our platform. Pay by ACH with no fee, or by credit card with a 3.5% processing fee.
